Buzz Club was founded on a genuine passion for supporting people, helping them to feel empowered, promoting independence and encouraging confidence, self-esteem and personal development.
We believe everyone deserves opportunities to connect with others, develop meaningful friendships, enjoy shared experiences and feel a real sense of belonging.
At the heart of Buzz Club is a commitment to creating welcoming, inclusive environments where everyone feels valued, respected and part of something meaningful.
Our Experience & Expertise
Our team brings over 20 years of experience in health and social care, together with extensive professional training, qualifications and a wealth of practical knowledge.
We have a broad background in supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, mental health difficulties and older people, working across community, residential and care settings.
Our experience is supported by relevant diplomas, specialist training and ongoing professional development, giving us the knowledge and understanding to respond to a wide range of individual needs.
We take pride in building positive, trusting relationships with the people we support, their families and carers, as well as working collaboratively with social work teams, Brighton & Hove City Council and other health and social care service providers.
Buzz Club is fully insured, and our staff hold relevant DBS checks. References are available on request.
Interaction & Inclusion
Buzz Club welcomes people of different ages, abilities and support needs. Whether someone lives independently, with family, or in a supported or residential setting, our activities are designed to be welcoming, inclusive and enjoyable.
We recognise that everyone has their own interests, abilities and preferences, so we offer a variety of activities and experiences that can be adapted to suit each individual.
Our ethos is one of empowerment and inclusion. We encourage people to explore their interests, develop confidence and independence, build friendships and take part in activities that reflect their individual needs and aspirations.

At Buzz Club, we understand how important it is for people to feel connected, valued and involved in their communities.
Our activities and support encourage people to develop their interests, learn new skills, build confidence and enjoy social opportunities at their own pace.
We also recognise that everyone’s circumstances are different. Whether joining a group, receiving support with everyday life skills or enjoying a one-to-one visit, we take time to understand each person’s interests, preferences and individual needs.
We welcome enquiries from individuals, families, carers and organisations, and are always happy to have an informal chat about the activities and support we offer.
